Factryze ("we," "us," or "our") operates the factryze.ai website and the Factryze GPU monitoring platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information (for paid plans). This data is stored securely on our infrastructure and is used to manage your account and provide support.
GPU Metrics Data
Our monitoring agents collect GPU telemetry data including temperature, utilization, memory usage, ECC error counts, power draw, and clock speeds. This data stays entirely within your network. Factryze agents run on-premises and do not transmit GPU metric data to our servers or any third party.
Usage Analytics
We collect anonymized usage data about how you interact with the Factryze web interface, such as pages visited, features used, and session duration. This helps us improve the product experience.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Manage your account and process billing
- Send transactional emails (account verification, alerts, invoices)
- Improve our product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
- Respond to your support requests and inquiries

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use GPU metric data for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.
On-Premises Deployment
Factryze monitoring agents are deployed on your infrastructure. All GPU metric data is collected, processed, and stored within your own network. No GPU telemetry data leaves your premises. The only communication between your deployment and Factryze servers is for license validation and agent update checks.
Data Retention
GPU metrics: Retained on your infrastructure based on your configuration. The default retention period is 90 days. You can adjust this at any time.
Account data: Retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where required by law.
Usage analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely. Identifiable session data is deleted after 12 months.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies strictly necessary for the Service to function:
- Authentication cookies — to keep you signed in securely
- Session cookies — to maintain your session state
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not participate in ad networks.
Third-Party Services
No GPU metric data is shared with third-party services. For account management and website operations, we may use industry-standard service providers for email delivery, payment processing, and infrastructure hosting. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and may only use it to provide their services to us.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
